REVIEW:
I love a story that has twists, has a touch of the supernatural and above all else brings something new to the reader. Whilst I’m not quite as up on my African myths I loved the idea that SP Gates came up with within this title. Part Creature from the Black Lagoon, part Hair-Uri. Add to this a friendly writing style that draws the reader in with colourful characters that the reader will just love to meet and share some time with and you know that the story has something that will enhance the young readers experience.
Finally back that all up with the chance for future releases featuring the same characters bringing more unknown myths and legends to the readers imagination and its definitely a series to keep an eye on. A wonderful find from Tamarind.
