This is another of those books that I like to call a “Grandad” book. In short a book that my Dad will love reading to my nephews as it is his sense of humour backed up with great images that are not only colourful but something that will appeal to a great many young readers. Add to this Nicolas’ wonderful sense of prose, solid pace and of course a story that will thrill the young reader in fits of laughter and all in a very satisfactory book all round. Great stuff.
